The 100th Anniversary Re-dedication Mass

Our current church was built after a fire on Palm Sunday, April 1, 1917, destroyed the previous one. The original dedication ceremony was held on December 1, 1918.

A re-dedication Mass was held on December 1, 2018 at the regularly scheduled Saturday evening Mass. Bishop Terry LaValley presided at the Mass, assisted by Father J. Michael Gaffney, Pastor of Immaculate Conception, and Father William G. Muench, a retired Priest who resides in the Parish. Jim Abbott was the lector and five young parishioners were altar servers.

After the Mass, parishioners partook in a meal at the Parish Center and enjoyed visiting with the Bishop.
